OUR PROGRAMS

It’s incredible how many people say they’d like to get fitter and live a healthier lifestyle but aren’t quite sure where to start. That’s where we come in. Arsha Samyoga offers the key to a yogic lifestyle and the positive reinforcement you need so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire.

If you are new to yoga we recommend you to start with the Beginner's Yoga Course (BYC). It is available both online and offline lasting
10 sessions, Mon-Fri and comes with the purchase of any membership plan,  If you can afford to come to the center we would recommend it over the online plan. Many of the asana postures and other doubts can be clarified with in-person corrections.

Programs: Classes

BEGINNER'S YOGA COURSE (BYC)

Beginner's Yoga Course (BYC) is a basic level course. It is recommended for those who are new to yoga. This course will include a detailed explanation and demonstration of the various asanas and other practice techniques. There will also be an explanation of the benefits and cautions of the asanas and pranayamas.  The course lasts for 10 sessions. The duration of each class is 75 min.
 

Available for both online and at-center memberships.

New batch begins every alternate Monday.

Morning 9 to 10.15 am

Evening 7.30 to 8.45 pm

GUIDED HATHA YOGA SADHANA

Guided Hatha Yoga Sadhana is an intense yet well-balanced practice of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques. It is a led class handled by our very own teachers.

Practitioners of all levels are welcome.

 

The duration of each class is 75 min.

Available for both online and at-center memberships.

Morning 7.30 am to 8.45 am (Mon-Fri)

Evening 6 pm to 7.15 pm (Mon-Fri)

GUIDED SIVANANDA YOGA SADHANA

Sivananda Yoga is authentic Sivananda style practice as propounded by Swami Vishnudevananda and practiced by the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres all over the world. It is a soothing, gentle practice of Suryanamaskaras, asanas, pranayama, and relaxation, grounded in the traditional roots. It can be practiced by people of all ages and backgrounds.

 

The duration of each class is 75 min.

Available only for AT-CENTER membership plan.

Morning 6 am to 7.15 am (Mon-Fri)

Evening 4.30 pm to 5.45 pm (Mon-Fri)

SATSANG EVENINGS

Join us for a traditional Satsang every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month at 4 pm. Meditate in silence, sing glorious Bhajans, dance to your heart's content, listen to words of wisdom from the scriptures, concluding with delicious prasad. Bond with the community for a soulful evening that radiates positivity.

 

Open for all. No registration required.

Time: 4-5.30 pm (1st and 3rd Saturdays)
